Hourly Advocacy Support

$150–$200 per hour

Best for short-term or one-time needs.

May include:

  • Preparing for a single school meeting
  • Attending a meeting with or without you
  • Reviewing a specific concern or document

Families often find that hourly services become costly when multiple meetings and follow-up are needed.

Advocacy Support Retainer

$1,250 per semester

10 hours of support

Our retainer provides consistent, ongoing support so you don't have to start over each time a new issue comes up.

Includes:

  • Advocacy planning and strategy
  • Meeting preparation and attendance
  • Document review and written input
  • Follow-up support and guidance
  • Priority scheduling

This option allows us to work proactively — not just respond to crises.

Enhanced Advocacy Retainer

$1,500 per semester

10 hours of support

For More Complex Situations

Ideal for families navigating:

  • disciplinary actions or suspensions
  • placement or manifestation concerns
  • multiple school teams or providers

Includes everything in the standard retainer, with added support for time-sensitive or high-stakes situations.

$1,000 per 10 sessions

Structured literacy programs using Wilson Reading System or Orton-Gillingham methodologies for students with dyslexia and reading challenges.

Academic/Behavioral Consulting

$150 per hour

Individual or small group sessions focused on executive functioning, self-regulation, and academic skill development.

Parent Coaching

$100 per hour

One-on-one coaching on advocacy strategies, home-school communication, and reinforcing supports at home.

Workshops & Training

Custom pricing

Professional development for schools, districts, or parent groups on IEP/504 compliance, structured literacy, and inclusive practices.
